A letter to stallholders from our secretary

Dear Stallholder,

History Queensland welcomes you to the 5th Biennial Family & Local History Fair.

Your receipt for your booking is enclosed with this letter (if not already forwarded previously).

COMPLEMENTARY TICKETS

We also enclose your complementary stallholder entry tickets for the Fair.  You must wear your stallholder ticket at all times during the Fair to ensure entry and recognition at all Fair sites within the showgrounds.

 STALL SITE

Each stall site measures 2m x 2m and you will be provided with a table and two chairs, as well as display boards on three sides.  (See illustration)

 SET UP

The Mount Gravatt Showground Trust has strict rules regarding keeping the access roadway clear at all times on Fair day.

You are welcome to set up your stall site between 1 pm and 4 pm on Saturday afternoon or from 7 am on Sunday morning.  All stalls MUST be set up and ready to trade when the gates open at 9 am.

If you wish to set up on the Sunday morning, local Scouts/Rangers will be on hand to assist unloading of your vehicle and will carry your materials to your stall site for you.  You are asked to move your vehicle from the roadway immediately (parking available on site) before proceeding to your stall site.

You will be provided with your building and site number on arrival.

PULL DOWN

All stall holders are asked to remain trading until 4 pm.  Please remove all rubbish from your stall site before departing.

We look forward to meeting you on the day and thank you for your participation.

Yours sincerely

Kay Ryan
Hon Secretary &
Fair Co-ordinator
