QALFHS MAY FAIR 2004
STALL SITE BOOKING FORM

To book a stall site at the QALFHS Fair 2004 to be held on 30th May 2004, at Mt Gravatt Showgrounds, 1644 Logan Road, Mt Gravatt, Brisbane, please read this information carefully, complete this form and return it with payment to QALFHS.

Fair 2004 stall sites are under cover, on a solid floor and secure. Your booking will secure a table, two chairs and display boards in a 2m X 2m area. Two complimentary Fair tickets will come with your stall site booking.

Stall sites can be set up on Saturday, 29th May, from 12 noon to 3.00pm, or from 7.00am on Sunday, 30th May. There is plenty of parking.

Stall site costs:

            QALFHS members……    $60 (includes GST)
            Non-members…………    $80 (includes GST)
            Commercial vendors…    $140 (includes GST) for first stall site
                                                 $120 (includes GST) for the each extra stall site

Please contact the QALFHS secretary for any of these or other reasons:

  • Small groups wanting to share a stall site.
  • You have some brochures or items to be put in the Fair sample bags.
  • You want to put up a static display.
