            Pre-paid Fair 2004 tickets: $5.50 per person

            Fair 2004 tickets at the gate: $8.80 per person

Pre-paid tickets will be mailed out to you if you send a stamped self-addressed envelope. Return this Pre-paid Ticket Order Form and include a cheque or money order made out to QALFHS.
