HQ Annual General Meeting 2010

The History Queensland In Annual General Meeting will be held on

26th June 2010
and will be hosted by the
Gold Coast Family History Society Inc

In addition to the normal business and election of office bearers the agenda includes:

• Announcement of the Small Grants awards winners for 2010
• A report on the 2010 HQ Fair
• A visit to the Albert Battery, Queensland Volunteer Artillery

The full day's agenda and a booking form are available here. A fee of $12 per person covers lunch and refreshments. Please return your booking form by 18th June.

Nominations for all positions (President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five additional committee members are now being sought. Nominations should be made on the nomination form (Page 2) and posted to reach the Secretary no later than 4pm Friday 18 June 2010
